Reporting scammers on Ebay

When it comes to games what do you guys do when someone is selling a pirated/fake copy of a rare game and selling it for a really high price.

Do you think it is worth reporting or just leaving alone even if you aren't involved in the transaction?

The only thing I've reported was when I bought a few games that had pictures of being in a box, but carts turned up. The seller had pinched other eBayers pictures. I told the eBayer, got a 90% refund (Super Metroid cart for £1.50!) and reported it to eBay.

I also found the original eBay auction with the pictures and told the seller to report them. In the end the seller got a warning.

I would if i had bought a game, but not if I just saw one on a eBay search. Too many fakes, too little time.


Same for the amount of fakes being unknowingly/knowingly sold in charity shops or at bootfairs. I can spot them, but I don't tell them.

This guy is selling this game I'm pretty sure its a fake. I asked for a low price and he refused but at the same time I think it's almost a crime to over charge games let alone fake ones.
