I've been playing X-Men Origins Wolverine on PS3. Excellent game, much better than I thought it was going to be, best six quid I spent in months.

Been playing the God of War series and last night I fired up the third in the series. I finally see what all the fuss is about, action packed gameplay.

Prior to that I finished Final Fantasy Anniversary Edition on PSP. Man that was a grind! It really put me off playing the second.

just played a little Love is... in Bloom on the DS, by far the most boring game i have played on the DS so far, a very low budget game i guess, don't think i will buy any game with the Zoo logo on the front anytime soon, unless i get recommended a game that have it

Motorstorm RC for the Vita. I've cleared all the main events (bar DLC) with at least 2 medals for each event and am now just chasing the trophies I'm short. I've managed to get trophies for clearing the first 3 campaigns under the set times. I've just got Apocalypse to do now. I'm not sure I'll be able to clear all the events with 3 medals - a couple of the last supercar hot laps are brutal!

Gotta agree, I thought that game was brilliant, quite an easy platinum too!

I've been playing a lot of PS3 just lately, but only one of the games has been what I would call a stand out title: Lollipop Chainsaw! Absolutely brilliant game, great combat system, great cheesy OTT storyline and bloody hilarious to boot. Must have game IMO :)

I've recently finished the campaign on Modern Warfare 3, still got a little bit to go on Lollipop Chainsaw.
I give Dodonpachi Resurrection, Akai Katana, Deathsmiles & KOF XIII a blast from time to time.

Just started Catherine too... weird-ass game but very compelling.

That is incredibly freaky, because I also installed and played the first 30 mins of Bioshock 2 last night, too.

I finished Vanquish yesterday, as well. I really enjoyed it. Cost me £5.50 delivered, off eBay. At that price, it's gold.

Well my contract at work has just ended and I dont start my new job for 8 weeks. So I thought I might as well use the time and have started Batman Arkham City. I loved Arkham asylum and am enjoying this game just as much.

39% of the story done and 140 riddler challenges complete.

And FFXIII I am still busy with the story line.

I'm plodding through Dragon's Dogma on the 360 and really enjoying the experience. There's a large map to explore and weapons and items to combine and upgrade, as well as big beasties and computer controlled team-mates who talk funny (ye olde fantasy schtick). It's quite challenging in places too which helps, it's kind of like playing Dark Souls but with settlements, wandering NPCs and bosses which don't 2-hit you.

Just getting back into MW3 online only to come across a game type I hadn’t seen before; Infection. It completely takes away the seriousness of the game. There is no pressure of winning or losing because if you die then quite often you’re on the winning team anyway, as is everyone else.
Once I actually managed to be the last surviving SAS member and found a great little hiding spot knowing that one shot of my weapon would bring everyone running. And unfortunately one person did spot me and that’s exactly what happened = No contest.
It’s not as satisfying as taking out the top player of the other team with a well placed head shot, but I was shedding tears of laughter whilst trying to keep 17 infected players at bay. I presume others have played this as it’s not a new concept, but if you haven’t then you should check it out.

I've been playing quite a bit of Sleeping Dogs over the weekend on my PC. It looks and plays great, sorta like Yakuza and GTA combined but set in a stunning recreation of Hong Kong. The combat is well done, easy enough to pick up and play yet deep enough that unlocking extra moves really enhances the combat further.

I'm back playing Dead Rising. Spent all weekend playing it again mainly just messing around visiting every store and trying out all the unique weapons. There's so much cool stuff to use to kill zombies in the game! Its to bad the friendly AI is moronic but other than that I really enjoy it. I'm going to finally try and get the achievements I'm short on it and then move onto DR2.

What achievements you got to do? I rarely get annoyed with achievements, but with this game it really took the biscuit with ones like "Answer all calls from Otis" and escorting 8 survivors.

But I did enjoy the genocide achievement, that took a long time but was fun.
