There are around 610 pal including euro exclusives. There are around 100 platinum and 100's of essentials most of which appear to be only in greece

Hi Gary,

Remember me from playstationcollecting.com/ ?? I see you've been busy collecting a few more games of late, I've no intention of collecting the full set of PAL psp games as I only collect the very best games for psp in PAL/NTSC format.

However even though I only currently own 275 psp games my UMD movie collection makes up for it at 446 original EU/US and Japanese releases. As of today I have one of the most comprehensive psp collections in Europe. I also have 10 psp consoles, these are mainly limited editions from EU/USA and Japan. I do have a few promo items and guide books and lots of accessories too. Here's pics of my collection. Just follow the links to view. The 2 threads are old and not all my items are on there but you get the idea!!

Ehh - if you are focused on PSP it is nice to grab UMD games and Movies - unfortunately I am not focused on a single platform, I like to buy what as many games is possible, my goal for this year 4000 unique titles (on more than 20 platforms) , now I am at 37xx with dups and variants :)

My last picks for PSP

Nice - there is a rarity rating for PSP - where did you find the rarity ratings ? if it's not to much to ask can you upload just the rarity list. Thanks in advance.

Can anyone think of any cardboard outer box special/collectors/limited editions (PAL regions) aside from the following?-

Dissidia
Dissidia 012
Kingdom Hearts
Fate Extra
Persona 2
Persona 3
FInal Fantasy Crisis Core
Tactics Ogre let's Cling Together
Trails of the Sky
Lord of Arcana
Gran Turismo
Final Fantasy 4 Complete
Resistance
SOCOM US NAvy Seals Bravo

I'm currently two off from completing the list above (missing Kingdom Hearts and Fate Extra) and was wondering if there were any more.

Hi there is a MotorStorm Arctic Edge collectors Edition, Third Birthday Twisted Edition and also some special edition dual packs from Kanami etc. There is also the NTSC special editions and there are quite a few, some really nice titles too. I have a few of them. Don't know whether you have any NTSC games? Or do you just collect PAL? I personally prefer NTSC over PAL as there are more games, rare rpg's not available in the UK/EU also some unique special/collectors editions. Metal Gear Solid Peacewalker Big Box Special Edition is nice one. Just remembered there's a Pirates of the Caribbean collectors edition which comes with the game and also the UMD movie. This is an older item but is part of the set if your going for that proper full set. Not all collectors editions/special editions for psp came in cardboard outers but they are still part of the set none the less.

Confirmed the 2 mentioned by xXHotFuzzXx » (see pictures)

I also saw the Pirates of the Carribean (the one with the movie as an extra) - From that list I am only missing -> Persona 3, GT, the cardboard from Resistance, FF CC and Socom (I presume it's the one that comes with the headphones)

And finally my latest purchase (replacement for US gretest hits version as the main copy :D )

Custom firmware is the worst thing that ever happened to the PSP. it caused me to just play emulators or PS1 games and ignore so many fantastic games on the system. Now have a collection of around 30 and really enjoying it.
Wanted Super Play and Total! magazines. PM me.

News for last 2-3 days.

It's funny that I can't find too many PSP "original" release games (new) - only Platinium and Esential titles ... not cool at all :( - the ones that I got were pre owned.

I think the reason is because it's US exclusive (sorry for the poor picture) it's not containing the rating in order to offer more information.

That's okay, US exclusives are still pretty cool to have in the collection :)
