It never ceases to amaze me that people have the gall to call games in boxes like that very good.

On another matter, I've just been left neutral feedback by a buyer on eBay. The reason - he didn't realise his daughter already had the game! so his ignorance is somehow my fault?!? Nothing to do with the fact that he received his game 24 hours after he paid for it and I deliberately describe my games to be in worse condition than they actually are, so what he got should have been better than what he expected. Sometimes you just have to shrug

That's horrible! Surely ebay would consider that to be a good reason to remove the offensive feedback?

You would, but then we are talking about eBay here. Unlike every other business in the world, which looks after the people which makes the company money (i.e. the sellers in eBay's case), eBay always sides with the buyer, irrespective of whether the buyer is corrupt/dishonest and for example, the seller can prove that an item was posted. I love and hate eBay in equal measure :|

Ebay seriously suck when it comes to stuff like this. I always get stupid americans buying pal games from me and even though i message them after they have purchased it asking if they are aware it wont work i dont get a reply and then a big fat negative feedback telling me they never recieved there item lol? Ebay are alwaaaaays in the favour off buyer which is really annoying especially since sellers cant leave buyers feedback, so we are left hopeless O.O

Easiest solution is not to sell outside Europe and Australia, removes a lot of hassle that way. Unless requested of course, because usually if someone asks they are pretty clued up.
