Won this lot on eBay for £36 posted - console (boxed with inserts and paperwork), 3x controllers, 3x VMUs, keyboard (boxed), mouse (boxed, still with tab over trackball), Madcatz gun, fishing rod (boxed), 12x games (all boxed bar one), 2x Dreamkeys and all original cables.

All in really good condition bar a few cracked cases and maybe two of the discs scratched up. No sun damage on the DC and the keyboard looks worse in the pic in my opinion. Just need to work out space for the games, etc around my TV now

I already have Sega Rally but this one was in much better condition, those early PAL Saturn cases are so easily damaged, I much prefered the later DVD style ones.

I got 5 of them, so if you want one i'll sent one, no problem.

Ah thanks for the kind offer, if you still have one to spare that'd be cool.

DVD style? Never seen those. Got some pics?

Have seen a few that looked like a VHS case, though.

As I was down in Oxford/Bristol all of last week, I did my best to visit just about every retro gaming shop and car boot imaginable. Needless to say, I bought a considerable amount of goodies! Instead of boring you all with the 'collection fillers', here is the good stuff all in one photograph :)

Image

Bargains to note:

In The Hunt PC Version - 99p
Gradius Advance - £4.99
Power Diggerz PS1 - £1.99
Starhawk GB - £4
Aerowings 2 DC - £4.99

And also, it was my birthday last week. When I got back from my travels, I was incredibly lucky to receive these birthday goodies from my girlfriend.

Image

The long Mega Drive proto board is Psycho Pinball, one which I bought for myself a week earlier. The others, however, Animaniacs, Alfred Chicken and Ballz were all awesome gifts which left my jaw wide open for quite some time.

Alfred Chicken is an interesting one though as the label covering the chip's window mentions the name Tim Boone, the editor of C&VG who used to appear on Gamesmaster many times too!

Also came with an unboxed Pokemon Gold, all for £30! The Gameboy is pristine too!

Also picked up a Megadrive1 with MegaCD with 15 games and a Snes (although unworking :( ) and 4 games for 50quid, even with the snes not working I still found it a bargain!

Cheers, fluked it a bit by doing something I never normally do and sniping an eBay auction. Majority of it was in great condition too so pretty chuffed with it :) Just running out of space around the telly for all the games and systems now

Nope, I was thinking about the big EA boxes, like the ones used for Need For Speed and Soviet Strike.

Had totally forgotten the cool thin all-plastic ones. My hatred for the early cases had me blinded
