hey was wonderin if anyone can tell me how to find out if my ps1 is a 1st edition and if so what the rough value of it ?

have a butchers on the bottom of it and should give you a model number, or on the back does it have an expansion port, composite out etc? different versions have different connectors on the back, but 1st gen ps1 are only worth about 5 to ten quid if your lucky

Also the eject button and power button have words on them instead of symbols :)

The model number should be like SCPH-1002 for a first edition pal console.

best bet is to look on ebay, search for snes then click on completed listings, should be able to get a better idea of worth. Also depends on condition too
