It's just plain stupid having that app isn't it

I've finally completed Zelda 2 on the NES. I didn't think it was as tough as people say it is.

I completed Paperboy for the Nintendo 64. Talk about short! But at least I can still try to beat those bonus stages. Gotta impress that mermaid with impossible beach stunts!

For those of you that don't know, when you've 'completed' the game and the credits have rolled, drive over to the sign on the wall near the lighthouse and toot your little horn.
A whole new world awaits you... Which I have indeed completed :)

Nice, takes some time to do it properly. I found the last race against Wizpig pretty tricky in reverse for some reason lol.Took me ages to unlock TT as a playable too :). I loved this game so much that I bought the DS version too, not quite as good, but the handling is still brilliant :)

I haven't completed a right lot just lately, last one was Dynamite Dux on SMS but it's not exactly an achievement, it's soooo easy

I finished Earthbound Zero on NES the other day.

Is also amazing.

I'll be getting to Earthbound once I've done Dragon Warrior 3.

It's a cop out because I didn't actually complete it..

After completing Voodoo Vince I started The Suffering. Last night I resumed play at the end of chapter 11 out of 20, I got up to halfway/late chapter 19 and the game crashed. Had I saved it in the meantime? Had I hell. There was no way I was going to go through 1/3 of a game again so close to the conclusion, so I've added it to my 'completed' pile and will be playing something else tonight.

Constant saves on current-generation games have got me out of the habit of saving regularly, bad move, I'll have to watch that.

Unbelievable. After my hiccup with The Suffering I decided to go straight onto the sequel, this time saving often and playing to the end. The game is unbelievably buggy. Towards the end of the game I got stuck in a death spiral, having saved during a boss fight with low health. It wouldn't be so bad but I already beat the ruddy boss but then straight afterwards the game bugged as though I'd died when in fact it should have proceeded to the next level. UGHHHHH. Anyway, much as I hate using cheats I got bored so cheated on this boss, onto the second-to-last level. On this level at the end I had to use the cheat again since the game was just throwing countless enemies at me without any health. So I get to the end of this level, save, then the game bugs again. You're supposed to walk through a door into a 'glowing white' area and complete the level, but I walk straight into it and instead of fading out I'm stuck running around this tiny white corridor. Since I've saved the game is now totally borked and I'd have to start from a few levels back. After not getting annoyed at the first game, which took a little effort, I'm now ready to put both the wretched things in a metal drum and fire them. Bloody things!

This one is going on my completed pile as well, time to play something less buggy.

I completed Yoshi's Island on the GBA, every level 100%. It's something I'm quite pleased with, and thoroughly enjoyed. Towards the end, the secret and extra levels were really difficult, and I was losing lives hand over fist. Finally completed it on Wednesday after about a month from scratch :)

Just completed Shining Force on MD. It's pretty good.
I've only recently-ish got into RPG's & it is by a long way the most linear I've played. Flew through, really.

Not sure what RPG I'm gonna start next, but I may bite the super massive bullet that is Chrono Trigger.
Or maybe just Shining Force 2.

Just recently completed Night Trap on the Sega Mega CD, SiN on the PC, and finally after many years went back to and completed Ghost Hunters on the CPC 464, a nice little 8-bit co-op from software house Codemasters.

Last couple of days I have dusted the PS2 off and completed GTA: San Andreas as I had never really played it. It has some cool missions and the usual Rockstar quality but for me it still doesn't beat Vice City.

I was then in the spirit of GTA and completed Liberty City Stories and am about to finish Vice City Stories. The first is absolutely awful, so poor in every respect. The characters, story, dialogue - all the things that Rockstar are famed for (though it was Rockstar Leeds). Thankfully they sorted it out for Vice CityStories (at least for the first half of the game) the complete opposite which was nice to see.

Actually I take that back about the second half of Vice City Stories being lacklustre. Just finished the Phil Collins - In the Air Tonight mission along with the Domestobot mission. Absolute gold!

My proudest series completion has to be Super Mario Land 1, 2, 3 (a.k.a Wario Land 1), Wario Land 2 and then losing my head over Wario Land 3....still gotta get through that and then Wario Land 4, all from Gameboy, Gameboy Colour and GBA but played through my Game Cube's Gameboy player on a 42" screen. Will also be looking at starting and finishing Prince of Persia Sands of Time, Two Thrones and Warrior Within on Xbox Original in the next week or so. I'm beginning to think I really do have too much free time on my hands.

I've managed to complete the Super Mario Bros series except for the damn Lost Levels!!!
