My Desire: AGS-101 Backlit GBA SP ^_^

Howdy do!

I'll be honest, I'm new here, and my motivation for getting involved in gaming forums is largely inspired by the desire to seek out and acquire a super-shiny Back-lit GBA SP That said I've no intention of just lurking for that purpose and not getting involved!

So... why am I obsessed by the back-lit SP when I have a nice and shiny Micro? Despite my freakishly small hands I find the Micro a little fiddly at times and the screen a little *too* small. So I pick up my front-lit SP but I've been spoiled with the beautiful displays of the Micro, DS, 3DS etc.. but I still love the form-factor of the SP pretty much more than any other console I've played.

I see them on eBay now and then but mostly from over-seas sellers (and I'm ultra-wary of eBay at the best of times) so I cast my hopes here Right.. back to work for now. Shall walk the corridors of the forums later and see what else is around

Hmmm. I've been considering getting rid of my SPs since I kept lucking out on cheap micros, just because it's easier to carry around a bunch of Micros than it is a bunch of SPs.

But I have to say there are times that an SP really does make a difference because of the big screen, and I'd probably keep my 101, just because it's so crisp.

If you made me an offer I couldn't refuse, I obviously wouldn't be able to refuse it, but unless I manage to pick up another one on the cheap, it's nice to have.

If you have a list of trades you'd be prepared to offer, I'm willing to listen - I don't discount the possibility that I'll be able to find another one on the cheap one day!

No idea until I speak to the guy. Usually unboxed and obviously with no charger.

I've only got the one Micro but if I'm able to find an ags-101 without the Micro being involved in a trade for it I might be willing to part with it

Update: Their Amazon storefront has excellent ratings too! Will probably buy through Amazon though for the assurances they give (looks like it's about an extra £10 but hey ho). Now... can I justify dropping £80 + P&P on an AGS-101? Maybe... just maybe...
