I did the website for this fan sequel to New Super Mario Bros Wii a few months back so thought I'd post up the link here for others to check out a preview of the game:- http://newerteam.com/
They're doing some really amazing work (watch the trailer on the site). The current trailer doesn't show it but one of the old trailers included footage of a bumblebee world like found in Mario Galaxy
No release date currently. You'll also need to own an official copy of New Super Mario Bros Wii in order to play "Newer" when it is released.
