What are the best songs with lyrics from video games?

It's another one of my buzzing questions! Here's a brief list of the best songs from video games I can think of at this moment. They must have lyrics, though, and be original songs for the games. No DDR or Rock Band or Guitar Hero songs. Just the lyrics can be good enough.

5.) "DK Rap" from Super Smash Bros. Melee (GCN): Off to a rough start here, but it's sort of cool.
4.) "Sonic Heroes" from Sonic Heroes (GCN): It's just a really headbang-worthy song that's sort of inspirational, in a way.
3.) "Kapp'n's Song" from Animal Crossing (GCN): The zaniest song ever, period.
2.) "Ashley's Song" from WarioWare: Twisted! (DS): Though I didn't play the game, I listened to it playing Brawl. I actually thought the song was well translated and well written, and I was obsessed with it for a couple of days.
1.) "Still Alive" from Portal: I'll play the game someday, because this song is the best. THE BEST.

I would mention the opera song from FFIII, but I haven't heard the actual song. (I know it's not actually singing, but I haven't played the game.)

What are your thoughts on my poorly thought-out list? What are your memorable songs with lyrics from games?

The intro to Urban Chaos on PS2 is well worth a listen.
Will have to dig that out now just for a listen.

My favourites are again Final Fantasy choices.

Number one would be 'suteki da ne' from FFX
Number two would be Melodies of Life playing throughout FF9
Number three - not a song as such but I do like the first stage of parappa (yadadadadadad - kick punch it's all in the mind....)

- Portal: Still alive: Really very good, full of sarcasm and wit, and nods to Half Life.
- Portal 2: Turret Opera: Brought Tears to my eyes when I first heard it in the game. Beautiful.
- Mirrors Edge: Still alive: I'm not entirely sure if the lyrics where actually in the game, buts its the theme song... especially the Teddybears remix with the upbeat rythm makes it epic.
- Daytona USA: DAAAYYYYTOOOOOOOONAAAAAAAA
