2012 Collection Milestones

Well one of my goals was to get every Shining game released on all formats on the Sega consoles!

I now own 22 of the 28 games!

I have reached a milestone and completed the Japanese section of this! This contained the most titles and thanks to Craig at Retro Station for 2 of them, but mainly to Steve Bailey for the rest and tracking down the more rare titles, namely Shining Force Gaiden: Final Conflict on the Game Gear and the Shining Force 3: Premium Disc on the Saturn.

Just 1 Pal game and 5 US games to go

A milestone is something already achieved. A goal is aspirational, yet to be achieved.

Tomorrow morning should see me collect the last title in my Gamecube set, YAY! I'll have to verify it all, just in case i've missed something (entirely possible with my record keeping ) but i'll be getting them all out and doing a bit of photography, i think!

Its the only set i'll ever complete. I have no interest in doing the same for any other console but its been enjoyable, and there's still a few things i'd like to get I'd also like to get some nice boxed peripherals and a few different hardware variants before I close the book on it.....

My milestone:
Put up an auction for my 26 Saturn games that aren't CIB. Milestone because its the first time I will sell something from my collection.

I finished my n-gage collection and my gizmondo... now master system and gx4000

Just tottered over the 1000 game mark.... Now to calm down a bit and mix in a new hobby....

Reached 400 individual MegaDrive/Genesis games today. Originally I set out for 200 games, so it's already twice as much I hoped for when I started collecting in 2005. Kind of a milestone for me

Including Wii/PSP/DS/PC, I believe I have just passed the 900 mark.

Just as many SNES games as I can get really, I only really collect by trading of buying lots I can sell on to get my games for free, so not that easy! Would be good to get to 150, from the 87 I have now!

So far in 2012 I have hit the 600 game mark....which was at 350 in December.....now heading towards 750.

My Gamecube collection reached "5" does that count?

After 6 years I have finally completed my collection, all sega pre Dreamcast (bar the Game Gear). Thanks going out to this site for helping me keep track towards the end.
