not really, was like 6-7at the time i played it so didnt understand to much of it :P
i know it was a office because there was a watercooler, i had a little bit better graphic then larry but not much as i can remember, and there was this usual buttons you could push instead of writing like open, close, take and such

Take a look here, always helps me when identifying Amiga titles:

chibilolli wrote:I need some help finding the title of an old game for my friend. This is the info she gave me:

- the game was played on a PC type of console (or maybe an old PC, but it was plugged into a TV monitor)
- the graphics were somewhat better than those of NES games, but maybe not as good as the SNES level (so the year could be late 80s - early 90s)
- she thinks she played this game around 1992-1993 (but the game itself is probably older)
- it was a platform game, with things to collect like keys to open doors and such
- the setting was a big ship (ferry type) with doors, corridors, stuff to jump over
- the main character was a ghost (white-sheet-with-holes-for-eyes style)

That's all she can remember. If any of you has ever heard of this game, she'd be really thankful

Thank you sooo much!!! I had been looking on Google but it was persistent on giving me links to a film called "Ghostboat" <.<
Now to try and get a copy of it... not that I can play it until I get an Atari or Commodore, lol.
Thanks again m(_ _)m

have been a collector off games for quite sometime now, but when i stumbled upon these 2 games at a carboot i did not have a clue what they were and had to pick them up anyway because they looked very obscure.

They have been sat on the shelf gathering dust for sometime now and i have no clue what console they are for, and if they are off any rarity, could someone please shed some light and give me some information on these 2?

I've been thinking about a game which I never played, but read reviews of back in the day. It's likely multi-format, and for some reason Smash TV is linked to it in my mind (whether or not that's the case in reality...)

Anyway, the main reason it popped into my head is that the Bad Guy in the game is some kind of "hilarious" mispelling of Colonel Gadaffi, so it was likely released around the time of the last conflict with Libya. The only other thing I can tell you is that I remember the hero being some kind of ridiculously OTT musclebound Duke Nukem type (possibly two players) and the adverts were done in a cartoony exagerated style.

BINGBINGBING!!! We have a winner!

Thanks Hydrox, that's great! Now I'm gonna have a Wikipedia read to refresh me. Good work!

Huh, so the name of the bad guy wasn't a pun of gaddafi. Wonder why I thought that?

Alright, this one's gonna be kinda hard... It's been bothering me for a while. Some guy ported it as an app on the Android Market, I downloaded it, played it, thought it was awesome, got a new phone, and it's off the market... probably for copyright reasons, but I'm just speculating. Anyway, details about the game:

System: Famicom Exclusive (I don't believe it was for the disk system but I could be wrong)

Gameplay: It was a faster-paced 2D (duh) action game. The guy looked a bit like a samurai and had a bird, what I assume to be a falcon, on his shoulder you could attack with. I remember picking up multiple scrolls as items on this game, even from the very first level. Whether or not they work as coins or as MP or something, I do not remember... I think at the end of every level there was a card-based duel system, but it was nothing related to Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Digimon, or anything like that. It was its own thing as far as I know.

Level Design: I don't really remember many of the levels, but I recall the first stage (maybe level two of stage one?) had a part where the water rose and fell. You had to avoid it to stay alive. It was almost a beach-like, tropical, yet forest-looking level.

That's really all the information I can give... It's been a year since I've played it and I just remembered it. I'm dying to give it a proper playthrough.

I want to know too, but I've searched a few times and I can't help you.

Sadly, that's not even close... I already have that game. It's a Famicom-exclusive that I'm looking for.

Looking for a game which was on the PSX, it was a beat-em-up game which wasn't very exciting, I think it was futuristic somehow, and whenever you killed the opponent a female voice would say "Player one, triumphant" (or similar) very calmly
