Amazing song. I've been going to sleep to it the past week.

James Taylor how sweet it is to be loved by you.
Billy Joel scenes from an Italian restaurant
John Lennon imagine
David Bowie heroes

Very depressing. I volunteer in a charity shop on a Saturday afternoon, but they have been complete bastards recently. One of he other volunteers that has been there for 30 odd years has accused me of stealing. And , considering I volunteer, keep being told what to do and not to do is pissing me off. I get that during my full time job, that pays the bills. So I am just sitting hear having a coffee and deciding whether to even show my face.
We also have a new manager (the only paid member off staff) and she is a complete idiot. Certainly not management material. She has changed what was a very good charity shop into a jumble sale/junk shop. And somewhere I have enjoyed working for the last year into a place I do not want to even show my face.

I'm a little bit addicted to Andrew Huang's album, Love Songs. Been playing it over and over on my iPad. You'll find him on YouTube under the channel, songstowearpantsto.

I've been enjoying a bit of Take That (old stuff) and Steps for the last couple of days. I'm a fan of cheesy 90's music ^^

Had one of those spur of the moment nights. I was at the RGU gaming society as normal, then two of my friends convinced me to go see Lacuna Coil in a small venue in Aberdeen. I didn't know much of their stuff but they were still pretty decent to see live! I had a very good time :D

Ooh, I like Lacuna Coil. :)

I've been addicted to "Storytime" by Nightwish (the greatest band of all time in my opinion) since it was leaked on Monday. Pretty funny how it got out, really. The single is due for release tomorrow on 11/11/11, but they had a special one-time radio airing in Finland this past Monday. Well, like most radios now-a-days, the station also had an online stream of the station and many fans used audio-capturing software to record the song so they could listen to it ahead of time. To no surprise, the mp3 files have circulated.

Nightwish released the "music video" (I use quotes because it's not really a proper music video) for the song around Wednesday 2:00AM Central Time (-6:00 GMT). So now more people have gotten the chance to listen to it (although it's about a minute shorter) and record it. I'll be buying the single whenever it comes out tomorrow even though I've listened to it over 230 times already. :D

I agree! This is what I'm also listening to. The Sonic Generations OST is just FANTASTIC!

This one is my favourites of course ^^

That, and my boyfriend discovered that someone made a eurobeat remix of some of the songs from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. He downloaded the album for me and I've been listening to that too for the last couple of days

"Kiss the Scythe" by So Cold. Unfortunately, the only video available on YouTube is this low-quality concert footage.

I'll always be a Nightwish fan, regardless of frontwoman. Nightwish is more than a band to me. But yeah, I understand why. I can't believe the Tarja/Anette war is still going. People just need to get over it.

Since we're on the subject...
