After a long, and very much enjoyed Winter break, RetroCollect Squad's Chris and co-hosts Adam and Karl are back once more to debate another retro gaming console. With plenty of games worth shouting about, join us as we talk about the loveable catastrophe that is the Sega Saturn, alongside the bizarre plans its Japanese creator carried out for the launch of the 32-bit system. Here's episode four of the RetroCollect FM podcast.
Everyone loves the Saturn, but you cannot deny how much Sega messed up the console's lifeline. Despite having ground-breaking titles, one of the best control pads out there and stunning arcade ports, the Saturn was very much obscured by the Sony PlayStation's shadow. Never the less, we sing the praises of the fabled 1994 system and talk about our greatest Saturn memories.
Feeling nostalgic? Let RetroCollect FM's host Chris and co-hosts Adam and Karl take you on a 32-bit journey to a time when Sega were still contenders in the gaming hardware world.

I love you SEGA......Wipes away tears
One title not mentioned which i'd include on the list is Dungeons and Dragons. I've always loved the capcom scrolling beat em ups and my favourites of all time are the D&D games which were lovingly packaged together on the Saturn.
But regarding the Podcast, i still don't understand why you never mention or talk about retrocollect.com?? retrocollect.com is an amazing site with the news section and the database, forum etc. and when you started to podcast i though you would have some segments in the podcast where you mention whats going on at retrocollect, but no, nothing.
Now its like Retrocollect FM does not have anything to do with the retrocollect site! Thats just strange. But besides that its still a great podcast!
