Earlier this year, Matthias Hullin revealed his updated model of the ultimate USB cartridge solution for the Sega Mega Drive and Super Nintendo known as the Retrode. Just a few months after the initial tease, the pre-order form for the new Retrode opened up this week allowing gamers to secure their devices for the September release.

The upcoming portable Super Nintendo was demonstrated at the show, offering what appears to be the ultimate solution to SNES gaming on the go.
