Yet another Sealed Stadium Events surfaces on eBay

Nintendo-NES-Sealed-Stadium-Events-on-eBay-againJust under a year ago, a sealed copy of the American version of Stadium Events surfaced on eBay. Collectors gathered worldwide to watch one of the rarest US NES games fetch the incredible price tag of $41,300. That's about to happen all over again as another sealed copy has just hit eBay.

The first sealed copy made worldwide news and began raising general awareness of the value of old games. Articles were popping up in places you'd least expect with quite a few poorly written and misleading facts, sparking off countless fraudsters hoping to cash in on the Nintendo NES collectors that missed out.

With the heightened interest since the first sealed auction last year, we can only expect this copy to hit a new high. With 7 days left and the price tag already over $20,000, this is surely one you want to add to your watch list. PAL collectors can still rest easy as the European version of the game doesn't fetch anywhere near the price tag of the American version.

Rarity hunters, stay tuned. This is about to get very interesting!

Its strange how items not intended to be priced like this example, end up down the line. I suppose I can understand slightly, if one has spent a crazy amount of money on a collection, with this being the last item to create a fullset. Mad none the less.

Wow! And here's me thinking there is a recession going on world over!
Thats just stupid money for a game, not matter how rare it is!

Never underestimate how crazy NES collectors are. There is a guy who has bought several of these at 10k+ figures.

If I was going for a full NES US collection, and this was the last one on my list...I still wouldn't buy it :P
