Vadu Amka's Stunning Custom 'Zelda: Ocarina Of Time' Nintendo 64 Console

Vadu-Amka-Ocarina-of-Time-Nintendo-64Ever felt that the limited edition consoles out there are a bit dull? Over the last few years console modder Vadu Amka has been giving the likes of Nintendo and Sega (of past) food for thought with his incredible creations. The latest of these is an incredibly detailed Nintendo 64 which has been modified to look like something straight out of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

Although a piece of art, this handmade console shell still contains a fully working Nintendo 64 within - although it's highly likely you wouldn't want to risk playing it. Featuring a more rustic and stone look on the outside, Vadu Amka's creation shows an incredible level of aging on its exterior with signs of moss growing all over the console's edges. Elsewhere a Hyrule shield covers the expansion port and a stylised Nintendo 64 logo is embossed on the front of the console. All these additions are then complimented by deep gold coloured controller ports and cartridge bay windows.

As much as we'd all like to own this slice of action, Vadu Amka's creations are usually one of a kind units and generally not for sale. This console in particular was sculpted for a friend's birthday, however, that's not to say that commissions won't be considered. After all, he does have a fantastic track record of amazing console creations.

I don't think I'd ever use something like that, but I'd love to display it. Beautiful!!!
