Unreleased Sega Master System Version of NBA Jam Preserved

Unreleased-Sega-Master-System-Version-of-NBA-Jam-PreservedFollowing on the back of the Beastball release for the Sega Mega Drive and the countless other unreleased retro games reported over the last few months, I think it is becoming safe to say that 2011 is the year of the prototypes. This time we have the cancelled Sega Master System version of NBA Jam arriving online.

This release follows on from SMSPower's very own Summer of Dumps, bringing to the table a massive 60 newly released Sega Master System, Game Gear and SG-1000 ROMs including various obscure Korean releases. By now it's safe to say that Bock who runs the site, well... "He's on fire!"

The Sega Master System port of NBA Jam might already be familiar to a few gamers reading this, as it is none other than conversion of the Sega Game Gear outing. While losing some of the colours due to the technical differences between the handheld and console, this new release brings previously missing 2 player action, alongside the added bonus of using the much larger screen resolution.

So as usual, head on over to SMSPower to download this latest gift from the site. Boom-Shakalaka!!
