Sneak Peek At This Month's Upcoming Retro Gamer Magazine #111

Sneak-Peek-At-This-Months-Upcoming-Retro-Gamer-Magazine-111Kick-starting the new year in style, Imagine Publishing's Retro Gamer Magazine issue #111 is set to hit the shops shortly. With a huge selection of retro gaming articles to ease you into 2013, here's to another 12 months of our favourite publication.

This month's issue is set to take a closer look at gaming legend David Perry and his fabled Shiny Entertainment. Having started out with the ever popular and devilishly hard Earthworm Jim series, Perry's studio brought us just a mere handful of titles over the years before being sold to Foundation 9 Entertainment.

Elsewhere in the magazine, the cover story celebrates 30 years of Lode Runner with its creator Douglas Smith, the PC Engine gets a good segment of the spotlight and Retro Gamer's writers put you to the test with 20 Sega Games You Never Played.

As usual, Retro Gamer Magazine's editor Darran Jones has filmed a video tour and sneak preview of issue #111 - which can now be viewed on YouTube. Just be prepared to tilt your head a little though...
