Last month we sadly waved goodbye to one of the greatest game studios of all time; Psygnosis. This month's issue of Retro Gamer Magazine returns with a stunning and fully fledged feature on the fabled Psygnosis - one you won't want to miss.
It seems odd to think that the iconic owl logo created by Roger Dean we grew fond of to all those years ago is now no more. The main feature in Retro Gamer Magazine issue 108 takes a look at ups and downs of Psygnosis, those who worked there, while also studying the countless gems released under their name over the last twenty eight years.
Upon first glance it may seem that the issue is very much dedicated to Psygnosis, but upon turning the magazine over you'll notice issue 108 features an alternative cover dedicated to the timeless first person shooter Doom.
Elsewhere in the magazine is what appears to be a very interesting looking article titled 'Before Videogames', a Halloween feature titled 'Tales From The Retro Crypt' - one which features interviews with the creators of four iconic horror games, and even an article celebrating Final Fantasy's 25th anniversary.
