SMSPower's Autumn Of Dumps Part 4 - Zemina's Shoddy Micro Xevious Sega Master System Port

SMSPowers-Autumn-Of-Protos-Part-4-Zeminas-Shoddy-Micro-Xevious-Sega-Master-System-PortQuite clearly somebody needs to let SMSPower know that we're well and truly into winter now! Continuing their Autumn of Dumps mission to further preserve gaming history, SMSpower has released another set of previously missing ROMs including a Korean attempt to unofficially bring the arcade hit Xevious to the Master System.

Zemina who are better known for their awful programming skills- thanks to the likes of Super Boy II and their very own take on Bubble Bobble - decided to take a stab at reviving the 1982 shooter Xevious. In 1990 their own version of the game was released for the Korean Sega Master System (Samsung Gam*Boy), however despite 8 years between the arcade game and their release, their efforts fell rather short of the mark.

Poor programming aside, the curious will now be able to enjoy Zemina's attempt alongside a few more releases on SMSPower's behalf. The site has also dumped a selection of alternate Game Gear games from different regions and a couple of earlier 8-bit Sega games, but nothing that wasn't already out there in one form or another.
