App Developer Big Ideas Digital have just released Say What You See : The Collection™ for iOS devices and with this release comes a further retro themed addition.
If you remember Catch Phrase then you'll know what SWYS is all about but for those uneducated, and I truly feel sorry for you, in the ways of Roy Walker and Mr Chips then the core game is very straight forward. All you have to do is solve the visual puzzles hidden in a picture in reference to a particular topic. For example in the music themed picture half a dollar would equate to rapper and actor - 50 cent. Devilishly cunning in places this has fast become a favoured time sink for when one is otherwise indisposed...*cough*
Apart from the new version of the app itself, a new canvas was also released with a retro gaming theme, Arcade Classics. Designed by Gary "Army of Trolls" Lucken this new canvas is a joy for any retro gaming fan and will have you seriously scratching your head in puzzlement. Retro Collect managed to identify 45 of the 50 puzzles before shamefully resorting to the built-in hints system to solve the rest. Can you do any better?
