Although Blackpool was quickly becoming the retro gaming centre of the UK, the team behind Replay Expo have announced that their annual event is set to migrate elsewhere. According to their Twitter feed, Replay Expo is due to take place in mid-October, in Manchester, and under an all new name.
Whilst no venue or official name for the event has been made public, Replay Events have requested that retro gamers keep the weekend starting on the 13th October vacant for the annual event. If the last few years have been anything to go by, we too would suggest you make a note in your calendars and prepare for a weekend of pixely-goodness!
Hopefully RetroCollect will be hosting many more competitions this year at Replay Expo, after seeing all our Golden Joypad prizes being won by talented retro gamers around the country.
