Overclocked Remix's 'Legacy: Game Boy 25th Anniversary' Album

Legacy-25th-Game-Boy-Anniversary-Album-from-OCRemixThe Nintendo Game Boy is very much enjoying its 25th year in the gaming world, with North America also celebrating its birthday this week. With so many good memories to be found on the handheld, Overclocked Remix have just released a free collaborative arrangement of music from some of the greatest portable titles ever made.

If for whatever reason you're yet to listen to any of OCRemix's albums, the online community of talented video game musicians often release compilations of their very own take on video game hits. These range from catchy dance remixes to heavy metal arrangements, and everything else in between.

Legacy: Game Boy 25th Anniversary is the 49th album release from OCRemix which coincides with the North American release of the handheld back on the 31st of July 1989. The album features various arrangements from the likes of Super Mario Land, Pokemon Red / Blue, Donkey Kong, Final Fantasy Legend, and the timeless Tetris.

Now available to download for free from OCRemix, be sure to get your MP3 player equipped with some portable power.
