Battle Kid 2: Mountain Of Torment (Nintendo NES Homebrew) Official Trailer Teases Upcoming Release

Battle-Kid-2The struggle continues! If you hadn't taken enough of a beating from the first Battle Kid game to hit the Nintendo NES then you're about to be annihilated. The latest homebrew title from Sivak Games to hit Nintendo's 8-bit system is due for release sometime this summer, leaving us an official trailer to drool over in the meantime.

Sivak of Sivak Games has been hard at work over the last year producing what appears to be yet another Nintendo NES homebrew hit. Given his first Mega Man homage received rave reviews and created countless fans, it only made sense to create a sequel the blue bomber would be proud of. Battle Kid 2: Mountain of Torment is the title we've all been waiting for, one which Sivak has promised more of the same accompanied by many new features detailed in the trailer below.

While no release date has been set yet, you can expect a physical cartridge release of this title to be hitting the virtual shelves of RetroZone sometime this summer.

Same here might pick it up after I get my two SNES repros from retrousb and see the quality of their products.
