Legend Of Zelda Ocarina Of Time's Forest Temple Hacked Into GoldenEye 007 Multiplayer Deathmatch Map

Zelda-Forest-of-Time-in-GoldenEye-007Last month an incredibly talented ROM hacking group known as Sogun Studio managed to port over Peach's Castle from Super Mario 64 into GoldenEye 007 as a playable deathmatch map. Building upon this success, the same studio has done the unthinkable once more and made Ocarina Of Time's Forest Temple the next location of a Golden Gun shoot-out.

How this incredible Nintendo 64 ROM modification has been done is beyond us, but we're not complaining. Sogun Studios have released an all new ROM patch for GoldenEye 007 which not only makes the Forest Temple an accessible deathmatch map, but also the aforementioned Peach's Castle and Kakariko Village from Ocarina of Time.

Sogun Studio's impressive work, however, seems to be just the tip of the iceberg. Alongside these additional map packs for GoldenEye 007, Sogun Studio's latest trailer (which features the Forest Temple in action) hints that a secret project known as Goldfinger 64 is also in development.
