Brand New Top Down Arcade Racer 'Nox' Heading To The Vectrex

Vectrex-NoxWho can refuse more Vectrex gaming action? Luckily enough for us an all new title is in development for the vector-based system, a top down racer drawing inspiration from the likes of Super Off Road, Battle Cross and Danny Sullivan's Indy Heat. Nox, as it is known, will soon be arriving on an authentic Vectrex cartridge for all to enjoy.

As of speaking, however, there is very little known about this upcoming title. Earlier this week Nox was announced on the Vector Gaming Forums, with an accompanying gameplay video - one which promises quite a lot for fans of the 1982 console.

Until more information surfaces, be sure to indulge in the vector action below and stay tuned for news on this game's upcoming release.

Interesting you state "a top down racer drawing inspiration from the likes of Super Off Road, Battle Cross and Danny Sullivan's Indy Heat", why not just say Sprint? (AKA Super Sprint and it's previous releases). I believe that's what this game is based on, especially as it gives you the option of 'Granny', 'Rookie' and 'Pro'... as they were the comments you were given at the end of a game of Sprint2 & Sprint4, depending on how you did.
