While the majority of classic games escape reality into the likes of Green Hill Zone, there are a few titles such as Tapper and Burgertime which simulate our working lives. The latest Nintendo NES collaborative homebrew release from coders Pinwizz and Shiru known as Zooming Secretary, plays on this bizarre approach with a surprisingly enjoyable day in the office.
That's right, Zooming Secretary will have you filing documents and answering phone calls with a mad dash around the office. Knowing that missed business calls will have you out on the street, coffee power-ups are the key here enabling you to zoom across the room to attend your duties.
Although many retro gamers will stray away from the idea of playing an office simulator after a long day at work, Zooming Secretary is an enjoyable release which can now be downloaded for free. The developers have also included within the release a selection of printable cartridge labels, allowing those with the skills to create Nintendo NES reproductions to add a Zooming Secretary cartridge into their collection.
