New Nintendo NES Homebrew Release: Ball And Flag

Ball-and-Flag-NES-HomebrewDeveloping a Nintendo NES game in a mere two days sounds like a daunting task, however, it's something that has just been proved to be possible. Ball and Flag is a newly released homebrew title for the 8-bit console which is ready to download just 48 hours after its initial announcement.

Given how quickly this title has been developed, it's yet to introduce gameplay elements to rival the likes of Mega Man 2, Super Mario Bros and Tetris, but is an impressive start regardless. Taking control of an eager snake, you must traverse the randomly generated mazes in an attempt to reach the goal before the time runs out.

It would appear that the developer behind this homebrew title for the Nintendo NES is yet to finish this game, but in the meantime has made it available to download for those interested in giving it a trial run.
