New Nintendo NES Adventure ‘Quest Forge by Order of Kings’ In Stock At Piko Interactive

Quest-Forge-Nintendo-NES-HomebrewCompletely out of the blue retro publishers Piko Interactive have released a brand new title for Nintendo’s 8-bit system. Quest Forge by Order of Kings is the newly announced sequel to the Atari 2600 homebrew of the same name - now available on physical cartridge in both standard and limited editions.

Featuring a top down view and drawing inspiration from both the likes of The Legend of Zelda and Fire Emblem, Quest Forge by Order of Kings is a tactical adventure with a points based battle system. Moving around the game’s many lush locations, combat will have you nudging various enemies until their hit points drop, all whilst dodging other challenges and solving puzzles too.

Needless to say Quest Forge by Order of Kings is looking fairly promising and definitely puts itself up there amongst the most polished homebrew releases to date. $34.99 will secure you a copy of the game on cartridge, whilst collectors can get a complete in box version for $49.99, and a limited edition for $84.99.

Wonder is it available in PAL and NTSC?
It doesn't seem to state that on their site and they don't appear to respond to messages asking about formats?

It works on both. The game does run slower on a PAL system though.
