New and Improved Version of Sonic MegaMix 1 in the works

Sonic-MegaMix-Updated-LevelThe never ending project that is Sonic MegaMix is yet to receive another update. Following the arrival of a new artist and musician on the team, one of the stages has had a complete makeover and it sure looks good!

Having not been updated since 2008, Sonic MegaMix still holds it's place as possibly the most impressive and playable Sonic hack to date. The vibrant visuals, attention to detail and new features make the hack a real treat to play. For those not familiar with the game, it can be downloaded and burnt to a standard writable CD and played on the original Sega Mega CD hardware.

The new artist and musician have given the Starry Night Zone (originally Star Light Zone) a complete overhaul featuring a new 90s influenced soundtrack and outstanding graphics to the already fantastic level. According to the YouTube video description of the latest level, Team MegaMix is hoping to bring these updates to a lot more of the game.
