Krikzz's Nintendo NES Version Of The ROM Loading Flash Cartridge 'EverDrive N8' Now Available

Krikzzs-Nintendo-NES-Version-Of-The-ROM-Loading-Flash-Cartridge-EverDrive-N8-Now-AvailableA few months back Krikzz released yet another impressive addition to his range of retro gaming flash cartridges, the Famicom version of the EverDrive N8. While many gamers were quick to adopt this ROM loading solution, others were left to await the 72-pin PAL/NTSC Nintendo NES version of the cartridge - which is now available.

As early adopters of the Famicom EverDrive N8 will tell you, this SD card powered cartridge is everything you'd ever need to enjoy the 8-bit Nintendo library. Simply place the game ROMs of your choice onto a SD card, connect and power up - you'll then have access to a menu with all your desired Nintendo NES games a button press away.

To further sweeten the deal, it is also capable of loading Famicom Disk System game ROMs from memory without the need of the accompanying hardware. With all this on offer, it's unlikely this cartridge will ever leave your system.

Unfortunately enough, by the time you read this snippet of news you'll be disappointed to hear that the device has already sold out and is on back order at Retrogate. Should stock resurface in the near future, you'll be looking to spend $109 on the Nintendo NES version of the EverDrive N8.
