Homebrew Heroes The Mojon Twins Release Brand New Sega Master System Game ‘Moggy’

Master-System-Homebrew-Moggy-ReleasedNearly three decades on since the Master System graced the gaming world, and new titles are still arriving on Sega’s early console. Spanish homebrew developers The Mojon Twins are back with yet another free release - this time a port of a ZX Spectrum game from 2005 known as Moggy.

This unusual little avoid-em-up title puts you in control of a Pac-Man-esque character who’s out to save his purple companions who are scattered across the screen. With a gameplay mix between Centipede, Lunar Lander, and of course Pac-Man, this all new release for the Master System isn’t the most adventurous title to date but its challenging gameplay will no doubt have some gripped.

A ROM of Moggy for the Master System has been released online for free on The Mojon Twins’ official website. Fans of Sega’s 8-bit console can either play this in an emulator or using a Master System flash cartridge.
