Fire Emblem 3 getting a Nintendo DS remake

FireEmblemMonshonoNazoFollowing the remake of the first Fire Emblem game, Nintendo are continuing the trend by enhancing the third game in the series. A new trailer for the Nintendo DS remake Fire Emblem: Monsh? no Nazo has appeared.

While the game's trailer is only in Japanese with no hint of any localisation, we can all live in hope. The remake in question is yet to be localised and has remained in Japan untranslated for 16 years. An unofficial translation however, is available over at ROMHacking.

As the original Fire Emblem: Monshō no Nazo is split into two parts (with the first half being a remake of the first Famicom Fire Emblem game, rereleased on the DS as Shadow Dragon), it is likely that this new DS remake will only feature the second part of the game.
