Forget what they tell you about the Atari Jaguar, it does have some classic titles. Eric Chahi's timeless Another World has been ported over to the 64-bit console by Atari developers The Removers and is due for a physical release shortly.
Believe it or not but this new port of Another World has had the blessing and support of Eric Chahi himself. The Atari Jaguar port is using the same code base and graphics from the more recent 15th Anniversary PC edition of Another World, ensuring Jaguar owners are getting nothing but the best.
While The Removers originally demonstrated their upcoming release at Jagfest 2010, it is only as of recent they have begun preparations to create a physical cartridge release of the Atari Jaguar port. They have requested that those interested declare their interest by filling out a short survey to help dictate how many copies they need to produce.
