Demo Released For Nintendo NES Homebrew Adventure Nomolos: Storming The Catsle

Demo-Released-For-Nintendo-NES-Homebrew-Adventure-Nomolos-Storming-The-CatsleIf you haven't already placed a pre-order for Gradual Games' upcoming Nintendo NES homebrew, Nomolos: Storming The Catsle, you're in luck. The developer has released a demo ROM of the Castlevania-Come-Mega-Man adventure online, to further encourage retro gamers into yet another physical cartridge homebrew release.

From a quick playthrough of the demo ROM, we're pleased to say that Nintendo NES fans who enjoy an incredibly difficult challenge will feel right at home with Nomolos: Storming The Catsle. If we're going to be honest though, our attempts to clear the first stage were in vain due to the hordes of enemies dotted throughout, which sadly proved too much for the RetroCollect HQ!

Retro gaming manufacturers RetroZone are backing the release of Nomolos: Storming The Catsle by producing a run both blue and grey cartridges, coming with their very own full colour manual and box. The fully boxed version of the game is priced up at $41, while an unboxed version (with manual) will set you back $32.
