CollectorVision To Release Brand New ColecoVision Homebrew Version Of 'Lode Runner'

CollectorVision-To-Release-ColecoVision-Homebrew-Lode-RunnerWith this year marking the 30th anniversary of the treasure raiding puzzler, what better a time to release a brand new homebrew of this classic title. An all new version of Lode Runner for the ColecoVision is under way, set to be released by CollectorVision in the near future.

This home-made offering of Lode Runner is currently being coded by an individual known as Steve Begin, who is currently taking inspiration from both the SG-1000 and MSX versions of the vintage game.

To help aid the process of releasing this future homebrew hit, CollectorVision will be calling upon the aid of Team Pixelboy to provide their talented skills in the packaging department.

While a release date is yet to be set, those interested in obtaining this homebrew can feast their eyes on a recently uploaded video of the game in action, showcasing a rather snazzy introduction sequence by ColecoVision standards.
