Brand New Homebrew Mode 7 Shooter 'Hind Strike' Announced For Super Nintendo

Hind-Strike-Announced-For-Super-NintendoIf for whatever reason you've ran out of Super Nintendo titles to be battling through, then worry no more. Piko Interactive recently revealed their plans for the rest of the year, something which included the announcement of an all new helicopter based shooter for the 16-bit system utilising the impressive Mode 7 graphics mode.

Supposedly due to be arriving on physical cartridge sometime this summer, Hind Strike is the latest title to blast onto the SNES. Drawing heavy inspiration from the Desert Strike series, this upcoming homebrew release has you scouring a full 360 playing field to find targets to shoot out of the air.

Featuring impressive visuals by homebrew standards, a wealth of different locatons, and what appears to be an impressive introduction sequence, Hind Strike is already shaping up to be quite the hit. As it stands a firm release date is yet to be set, along with ordering details and its all important price. In the meantime be sure to check out the game in action below through Piko Interactive's trailer.
