Analogue Interactive Announce Luxury All-In-One Custom Neo Geo MVS Console 'Analogue NEO'

Analogue-NEO-CMVS-AnnouncedAnalogue Interactive are well known for their custom luxury wood based Neo Geo MVS consoles, but it would appear they've yet again outdone themselves. Although their latest creation is out of our price-range, the all-in-one Analogue NEO is set to revolutionise arcade gaming at home once more.

Arriving with the astronomical $1,499 price tag, this custom creation will no doubt only appeal to the most die-hard SNK fanatics. Sporting two sets of Seimitsu player controls on its ash wood control panel, the Analogue NEO has been designed to mimic everything the 'Big Red' cabinet offers, bringing compatibility with the entire range of Neo Geo MVS arcade cartridges. Elsewhere on the custom console is a slot for the Neo Geo Memory Card, along with various different video out connections including RGB.

With just 20 of these custom systems being built, the rich retro gamers amongst us may want to act fast. Analogue Interactive have now opened the ordering process for the Analogue NEO and have promised that they'll arrive in time for Christmas.

LOL I paid less than that for my 3 slot MVS (even after the restoration process). That is just crazy!!! I also don't like the idea that the cart slot is so close to the joysticks and buttons... makes for an easy oops for some players who don't have very good control.

Well I suppose if people buy ET cartridges that have been in landfill....

LOL hey... that might be a good way to get the money to buy this thing. Take a couple ET carts and toss some dirt on them and sell them for hundreds of dollars.

Whilst I do like the aesthetics of these consoles I don't really understand who they are targeting these consoles at, clearly those with excessive amounts of disposable income... "Lets take one of the most expensive console... and make it more expensive..."

Don't get me wrong I think they are great but the prices can't get them a great deal of sales...
