Rare doesn't always translate to valuable as you will no doubt appreciate. Rarity and desirability are two very different things. A complete boxed Toys in VGC - £25 to £30 I'd suggest, it's not really a game in the SNES library that garners too much interest in my experience
Depends on the condition. Obviously boxed is better than not boxed, but creases, crushes, stains or rips to the box will have a significant effect on what a collector would be willing to pay for it. Similarly, a dog-eared manual, pen marks, lack of cartridge baggie and/or consumer information leaflet will impact on price too
